Summary

Expands the Texas "Film Incentive Program" to include digital interactive media.

The Texas Film Incentive program was passed in 2005, but was not funded./1/

This bill is companions with SB 782. It is similar in general intent to HB 1496 but has different specific language, including prohibitions on making adult movies under the program.
