Or we could cut out the middleman and the parents could call the administrators.

I know that the 2-1-1 system in Atlanta has sponsored an anti-bullying hotline for several years, but couldn't find any information on their website about it. Anti-bullying is typically tied into United Way campaigns to strengthen families and protect youth, though it's not specifically listed on the United Ways of Texas campaign.

Summary

This bill would create an anti-bullying online in coordination with the Texas Youth Hotline. The program would enable primary or secondary school students to dial a toll free number and report an incident of bullying, verbal abuse, or sexual harassment. These reports would then be passed off the administrators at the school where the event took place or the local police. A website would also be created to provide education regarding bullying.
