Summary

The bill imposes an 0.5% fee on trans-national money transfers, and designates that money be used for indigent health care.

Background

Day Laborers from Mexico and Central America send millions of dollars back to their families in their home countries each year.

They have been taking advantage of us for too long! Use the $$ to build a barrier (notice I didn't use the media buzz word 'fence') on our border to keep out the foreign invaders.
