regular exercise = healthier bodies = healthier minds = reduce the needs for pharmaceuticals over the course of a lifetime. that's a revolution.

I do agree that too many kids are on medication.

but that's ok, we're here to debate.
so. i won't argue that it solves everything, but the research demonstrates that there is a link between exercise and mental health, and that it assists in maintaining more positive mental attitudes, as well as assisting people with depression and addictions.
