Summary
Texas is first in the nation for greenhouse gas emissions, making us larger contributors to global warming than most european nations.
Despite this, there are 7 proposed coal-fired power plants in the works at the Texas Commission on Environmental Policy, and no political will to make them clean up their emissions.
Global Warming is a tough subject, in part because its impacts aren't uniform across the globe - but Texas will feel the heat, so it's time we take action.
